How does the subscription plan work?Our monthly subscriptions make outsourcing your marketing writing tasks much easier than before. Simply choose a plan that works for your marketing needs. You can also pause or change your plan or purchase add-ons for slow and busy months. Is there a limit on the number of assignments I can have?You can submit unlimited assignment requests up to 2,000 or 4,000 words per month, depending on your subscription plan. Your assignments will be delivered one by one.

What’s the turnaround time for each assignment?The average turnaround time is 1 to 4 working days depending on the type of assignment. More complex assignments or assignments over 500 words might take a little longer. Here's a guideline for most assignment requests I've received: 100-word social media post: 1 working day 500-word online article: 2 to 3 working days 1,000-word translation project: 3 to 4 working days 2,000-word editing project: 5+ working days

How do I submit assignment requests?Once subscribed, you will receive access to your own Trello board. There, you can submit your assignment requests every month.

Why wouldn’t I hire a full-time intern or copywriter?That’s a good question. Right now, it costs over HK$480,000 a year to hire a full-time senior copywriter with 8 years of content marketing experience. Adding onto employee benefits, the budget keeps going up. Hiring interns can be a great way to outsource your writing assignments, but the consistency and quality will not be guaranteed.
